LE BOULEVARD DES GLACES
True to his unconditional attachment to high quality products, Jean-Luc Constanti, one of the best pastry and chocolate makers in the region, has created a line of pure fruit sorbets, without the addition of water or sugar, which gives the incredible sensation of biting directly into the fruit. The fragrances are ephemeral as they obviously follow the seasons, redcurrant, chestnut, chin lemon, grapefruit, pear or banana mark their time and above all your treat, there is something for everyone. The ice creams, without any preservatives, made with milk and whipping cream from a local farm, are flavoured with hazelnuts from Italian Piedmont, roasted pistachios from Iran, rice pudding with orange zest and candied lemon or crunchy with hazelnuts, organic almonds and honey from an artist beekeeper. The coffee one is composed of a blend that he imagined and created with a roaster, the famous Signature, to be found as a drink in the tea room where, once again, the exception is the rule. Rare teas, fruit cakes, chocolate, lemon... This address is surely one of the most beautiful in Pau and its view of the Pyrenees is equal to the flavours!
