GLACIER MÉTAYER
Glacier Eden is an unexpected and delicious tasting lounge. It is unique in its decoration with its pebble walls, artist exhibitions, round tables surrounded by small armchairs. But also through its concept to Italian since here it is neither a bar nor a tea salon but a place where one can choose at the counter among a collection of perfumes, in all forms, classic desserts, frozen desserts, verrines, frozen macaroons, cuts… Forty-eight fragrances mark the specialities prepared on the ground. The sorbets sometimes have the accent of the land, such as the roussane (Pêche fishing) or the black cherry in Espelette. Stéphane Tenant, trained in the North by the world champions Philippe Gottrand and Hervé Dartois, discovers a new product every days, sometimes in the form of unusual mixtures such as these apéritives flavours: sorbets to beer, jurancon, mojito, Ricard… and even the last of Navarre! In the summer, 24 sorbets, 24 ice cream and be ice creams come out of the workshop, visible from the tasting lounge. A superb terrace on the Pyrenees is part of the premises.

La terrasse est très agréable et ombragée. Une pause bien agréable en famille ou entre amis.
