The sober, luminous façade invites you to enter a world that has absolutely conquered, fascinated and delighted us: you are in the lair of the incredible biscuitier Philippe Laurent, craftsman, but above all creator of genius. His first masterstroke was the Deniers de Navarre, inspired by coins bearing the effigy of Henri IV; no one could resist their subtle fragrances of jurançon, churned butter and Salies salt. Now a classic, this surprising cookie has started a saga that's written every day, just like the oven that sits at the heart of the store and lights up every day to bake the cookies. With over 80 flavors a year, including a minimum of 25 permanent flavors and 4 or 5 temporary ones, it's safe to say that the Killer Death cookie, as it's called, is a star: dark chocolate-banana, milk, peanut butter, ultra white, fig, hazelnut and seed, rice flour, milk-violet or vanilla-strawberry spring cookie, gingerbread at Christmas, troll snot at Halloween... Crunchy, soft and melting, this reinvented cookie is our absolute favorite. A cookie "pièce montée" can also be created for any event, for the pleasure of both eyes and taste buds. As a bonus, the welcome is perfect.
