Magnificent store, the Cotinière is a fishmonger's shop impossible to circumvent in Pau whose mother house is on the island of Oléron. The fish and all the seafood come from Charente-Maritime and the variety is amazing. Sole, haddock, pollack, hake, salted cod... but also many seafoods and shellfish with a fish tank in the center of the space where crab and lobsters frolic. With many salesmen behind the stall, you will be served quickly and well advised according to your projects in the kitchen, cooking times or preparation methods.
