Whole foie gras, "just salted and peppered" explains Thierry Argaud, is an enchantment; duck rillettes (with only duck) are not fat but tasty. Maison Argaud is a beautiful contemporary family business, which plays on precision in all its developments. This applies to the laboratory, logistics, packaging and, above all, of course, to recipes! Everything deserves to be tested, for a journey of your taste buds into Béarn's gastronomy.
