If you feel like having a tasting, stop by, a shepherd will welcome you to share his know-how and make you taste a good Ossau-Iraty, recognized as one of the best cheeses in the world! For you should know that 180 "Manech tête rousse" ewes live in this mountain area and their milk is transformed on the farm into Ossau-Iraty cheese.
