You have a tiny shop here that's overflowing with good local produce. Greedy, don't abstain! You will find foie gras from Chalosse, cooked, vacuum-packed... extra hams from Bayonne, Serrano, Pata Negra, sheep's milk cheeses from a shepherd from Bidarray, wines from the Basque Country, Rioja too, fresh poultry, chickens, ducks, rabbits... with black eyes, and preserves from Acoceberry, Tipia... A marvellous kaleidoscope of regional riches!

I can give the touch of very well but... I were used (including my children) to buy farm Bayonne ham in empty district which is excellent and almost as good as ham Aosta Valley in Italy; but unfortunately the price with the kilo becomes prohibitive, it is foolish One find excellent hams of the same quality in other shops of the Basque Country or else!!! Monsieur THURIN remember that it is the best and in my opinion it is wrong.
