Just opposite Les Halles de Saint-Jean-de-Luz and inside the Gachucha boutique, a specialist in colorful Basque linen, Émilie makes and sells delicious "Parisian" macaroons (2 shells and a ganache). Different flavors are offered, all equally tasty and gourmet - chocolate, lemon, rose, coffee, pistachio, vanilla, orange blossom... and the flavor of the month. These sweets are available individually, in boxes and to order.
