In his boutique, this master pastry chef and chocolatier presents an elegant space that showcases his products, his craft and his personality. Franck Mendivé is passionate about his work, and admits to "intellectualizing everything, having fun working to the point of gourmet delirium... sometimes". A wide range of delicacies emerge from his laboratory: pastries, chocolates, tubes of gourmandise, chocolate-covered almonds, tablettes, bouchées, tourons....
