Maison Saint-Jean, a traditional cookie factory located in Ibarron, just outside Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, has become an institution thanks to its biscuit-making expertise. Since 2010, Valéry and his pastry chef have been creating ever more Basque-style cookies. Savoury and sweet versions are produced in-house and on site, as the workshop is adjacent to the boutique. You can taste and buy these cookies directly from the workshop.
