Camille and Benjamin have been making artisanal natural spirits and liqueurs for over 10 years, and created one of the first Patxaran in the Northern Basque Country. Their specialties are well known: Patxaran, Manzana, Patxaka, Basque Pastis, Gin and craft beers. 2024 marks a turning point, with the takeover of Txopinondo (Sagarno apple wine), and the opening (at last!) of their boutique-bar-tasting room to enjoy their specialities after work or later in the evening!

egiazki Patxarana opens its boutique bar in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle in the Basque Country !
on the program: tastings and factory tours, lively evenings and lots of other events!
Behind Egiazki, the Basque word for "genuine", lies a story of family and passion. Attached to their land, the Fourt Arteaga brothers wanted to revive forgotten know-how and flavors by developing a unique range of artisanal liqueurs.
In 2014, they decided to create one of the first Patxaran made in Iparralde (Northern Basque Country).
They took their Aitatxi's (grandfather in Basque) recipe for homemade Patxaran and added their own personal touch, and a year later had the perfect Patxaran recipe.
They soon decided to become specialists in Basque liqueurs, playing on tradition and modernity. Between searching for recipes and local producers, they gradually expanded their range, now producing Manzana, Patxaka, Jinkoa, Menta, Pastis, Gin, Basque craft beers...
