Pierre and his family will welcome you to discover this "red gold": the PDO Espelette chilli pepper, spice and heritage of the Basque Country, and visit the Farm, in an exceptional site. It's an opportunity to take a closer look at this pepper, so precious to Basque cuisine, which is traditionally strung on ropes and hung in garlands under the eaves of Basque farmhouses to dry thoroughly before being ground into powder. It can be used to season omelettes, ratatouille, veal, grilled fish and many other dishes... Stock up for the year!
