Managed by the Etchecopar family, La Motte farm has always kept its friendly and welcoming aspect. Visiting this family property is a pleasant moment rich in discoveries, because here the traditional know-how is still current. You will be able to discover it during the farmers' markets organized on the spot with other local producers, every Tuesday in summer. You will quickly fill your basket, the specialities are numerous and excellent, we will retain the foie gras with the salt flower of Salies-de-Béarn, the confits, the candied necks and the famous chichons! The rest of the year you can go to the farm directly by appointment.
