BOUCHERIE DE SARE
The butcher's shop in Sare has existed for more than 30 years and has been taken over by Tristan and Marianne for the last 8 years. Here we work with the Herriko meat industry. On the delicatessen side, it is hams, dried duck breasts with Espelette pepper, sausages and chorizos. In the butcher's shop, we celebrate Erriko beef and veal, Manex pork, raised and slaughtered in the Basque Country, Kintoa Basque pork and free-range poultry. On the catering side, the excellent axoas of veal or homemade beef, txilindron... not forgetting the rotisserie and delicatessen.
