Since 1979, the Gratien canning factory has been the story of a whole family. Robert and Antoinette Gratien, along with their six children, have each taken their place in this fine enterprise. With them, you will discover the production of pâtés (Basque, Béarnais, etc.), confits, cooked dishes (garbure béarnaise, poule au pot, coq au vin au Madiran, poulet basquaise, veal axoa, etc.), foies gras and gift boxes, from traditional recipes, without colouring or preservatives. A historic company in Béarn des Gaves not to be missed!
