L'AILE OU LA CUISSE
Slaughterhouses and cutting workshops originally and still in operation, the Garat house created this shop, near the centre of Souraïde in the direction of Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle. It is here a concentrate of know-how where you can find poultry, roasts and foie gras from the local area and producers of the surrounding area. Capon, poulard, quail, chicken, rooster, guinea fowl... stuffed on demand, sliced (without gizzard, frill, etc.), and cleaned. Fresh foie gras, whole, half-cooked, in terrine, hand-stringed roasts, duck breasts, confits and also gift baskets made on the spot.
