The volunteers of the association propose to guide you through the coastal environment on the banks of the Marais marsh. We learn about the transmission of traditional know-how, discover the oyster through its different phases of culture (capture, breeding and refining) and demonstrations with old tools. After the visit, the three oysters (flat, Portuguese and gigas) will have no secrets for you! A nice discovery with competent and passionate people.
