This restaurant has a unique setting in the immediate vicinity of a river that flows peacefully. If you book a table on sunny days, ask to be placed on the terrace to fully enjoy this environment. The room is large and has a beautiful fireplace. We do not only come here to let ourselves be rocked by poplars, but above all to enjoy a fine cuisine that highlights local products. Chef Benjamin Publie offers a rich menu of several menus. As a starter, you will enjoy fish rillettes with lime and a whipped cream with chives and Aquitaine caviar. The dishes leave a pretty place in the sea, as evidenced by the sturgeon pan fried in parsley and the monkfish medallion with basil. The land is never far away as shown by the duck breast cooked at low temperature and served with a sweet potato fricassee. Desserts combine chocolate and fruit such as roasted pineapple with vanilla.

Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur une campagne verdoyante. Restaurant agréable et reposant. Service impeccable. A noter le tartare de noix de Saint-Jacques, un vrai délice. Un moment très agréable dans l'ensemble.

L'hôtel est confortable et charmant . Le Wifi ne fonctionne pas. Le restaurant gastronomique une horreur. Nous avons renvoyé les plats qui étaient immangeable mais ni remplacé et facturé. Filet de boeuf boulli, poisson carbonisé. Le restaurant n'est plus noté depuis 2012 . Nombreux clients mécontents lors de notre arrivée mais les propriétaires ne sont jamais présents. Aucune enquête de satisfaction demandée.

Nous avons mangé au restaurant la nourriture était excellente mais le personnel n'est pas aimable nous ne sourions pas très sympathique, ce n'était pas un accueil chaleureux, j'aurais aimé avoir l'expérience complète la bonne nourriture avec un personnel accueillant avec un sourire sur leur visage à moins !
