La Féerie Gourmande takes your senses on a journey through a fun tour where, through a museum space, you will learn about the origin and history of chocolate, confectionery and jams. The exhibition area will allow you to admire gigantic sugar and chocolate sculptures. Depending on the workshop's production schedule, you can also attend a demonstration and observe the work of Francis Miot. This master confectioner, who has been awarded many prestigious prizes, has a unique know-how. The House of Francis Miot celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2020.

Maison Francis Miot specializes in the production of exceptional jams, confectionery and handmade chocolates. Located in Uzos, it houses La Féérie Gourmande, a museum of sweet arts. You're invited on a journey of discovery into the secrets of the history of the sweet arts. The house offers a variety of activities to awaken your senses. Young and old alike will marvel as you explore the museum's themed areas, where you'll discover an impressive collection of objects assembled by the chef confiturier, as well as extraordinary sculptures in chocolate and massaged sugar. Take a tour to learn more about the different stages of production and Francis Miot's work. A fun, gourmet experience awaits you!

Show'colat is a blend of dark, milk and white breakaway chocolates, 100% pure cocoa butter.
These slabs of 70% dark, milk and white chocolate are decorated with candied fruit (grapes, oranges, lemons, cranberries) and dried fruit (almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts, pistachios, etc.), then broken before being carefully packed by our Maîtres Chocolatiers.

LES COUCOUGNETTES
Coucougnettes are handcrafted confections made in Pau, created by Francis Miot and SG Sender (Gaston Lenôtre's "Monsieur Pâtissier").< A Pau specialty, they were thought up in honor of King Henri IV, to whom historians attribute 57 mistresses and 24 children. If the name "coucougnette" evokes the things of life, to make a "coucougne" means to cuddle, cajole, pamper... in two words, to offer a "moment of love".They therefore pay a gourmand and polite tribute to the good King Henri IV nicknamed the "Vert Galant"
