This authentic cuisine reigns supreme in a meticulously-crafted setting that blends contemporary decor with rural exteriors: the terrace, with its view of the water and water lilies, is exquisite. You'll savor a finely-crafted plate of local meats (Parthenaise, cochon de 16h and its silky purée) and Atlantic fish. Tatin en profiterolles, café blanc, pavlova: sweet and graphic masterpieces to turn your head. Free parking and privatization available (25 pers.).
