Enjoy a famous maple salad or Cajun chicken burger with a coffee or beer in a traditional restaurant.

For a trip to Canada, head to the Caribou Café! Wood, snowshoes, a bear... in this trapper atmosphere, you can taste the famous maple salad, the Cajun chicken burger or the Surf and Turf (meat and fish), all with a Caribou coffee or a cranberry beer. In addition to its traditional restaurant, the Quebec cuisine specialist offers poutines, on site or to go. Fries, cheese curds (known as skouik skouik) and brown gravy is the original recipe. But at Caribou, it is available in goat, cheddar, gouda... with a few meat toppings (hot dog, beef, duck, chicken...) or vegetables (onions, mushrooms, peppers). It's up to you to compose it!
