La mise en bouche est une grande douceur parfumée, le saumon gravelax parfait , le poisson est cuit à point , le risotto excellent, la purée de patates douces du poulet incroyable.
Les dessert à l’image du reste sont un mélange de. douceur et de parfums harmonieux.
