Pleasant surprise on the decoration of this small restaurant. Excellent, is cooked in the tradition of the home cooking of the Mediterranean. The theme of this bistro is around the history of the Balthazar donkey having gone on a long journey around the Mediterranean. This fact the atmosphere is superb and it is for dialogue between guest. On the dishes I strongly recommend the zarzuela and large couscous. Flavours are excellent and very hearty dishes. After a chocolate mousse house can round off a meal in places rare.
