In the heart of downtown Nice, Willy and his wife Camille are waiting for you. In their restaurant, with its organic and exotic decor recreating the gorilla's nest, this charming couple showcases vegan cuisine. No more products of animal origin: in this haven of peace, connoisseurs, the curious and epicureans will be delighted to be able to go to a vegan and raw food restaurant worthy of the name where culinary surprises are always present! From marine fragrances to local tastes, the range of possibilities seems indeed infinite with the passion and know-how of our guests.
Just like the Gorilla that sits at the entrance and gives its name to the sign, we eat here products made from plants. The menu offers a choice of dishes which is renewed every week: chickpea pancakes with a stir-fry of garden vegetables; black rice noodles, carrots, mango, avocado and peanut butter sauce; quinoa and chickpeas with roasted eggplant, arugula, pomegranate and dragon sauce, raw stuffed zucchini, tomato juice and flower fritter, revisited fisherman's pot and chiaviar toast, dill fauxmage ; beetroot hummus, pomegranate, young shoots, radishes, duo of carrots, fennel; sweet potato spaghetti, black bean bolognese, arugula and vegetable parmesan.... For dessert, you can opt for a chocolate mousse or a cheesecake (without cheese or dairy products) chocolate pear for example
Here, everything is fresh, seasonal, organic and homemade! The colourful and well-presented plates can be enjoyed in a pleasant room that can accommodate up to 24 guests around a long wooden table that invites sharing, or upstairs in a small lounge with a cosy atmosphere made of pallet wood
