On Monday 16 November, the restaurant L'Empire in Nice unveiled its new menu for the coming season, which will run from 1 December to 31 January.
Located at 54 boulevard Jean Jaurès, the Restaurant L'Empire succeeded last April to the universe of the starred chef Christian Plumail. But with its refined and atypical cuisine, L'Empire and its owner Julien Toselli have nothing to be ashamed of in this cutlery transfer.
With the winter season just around the corner, the map of the establishment has been revamped. With its papardelle with truffle cream, fillet of sea bream with chorizo scales or simmental beef, the Empire continues in its desire to offer a refined and quality cuisine. But the real added value of this new card is in his Sunday brunch. Every Sunday from 10:30 am to 3 pm, the establishment offers its gourmet "Big Brunch" consisting of a cold drink, a hot drink, 4 salty and 4 sweet pieces with their accompaniments.
