In a refined universe that perfectly combines the elegance and poetry of the beautiful Parisian brasseries of the 1920s, Karine and Marcel Marro opened last summer their third restaurant in a former wine bar after the unmissable Le Moorea in Saint-Laurent-du-Var and Le Grand Balcon in Nice. The menu, created and homemade by the chef Jean-Luc Rossi, includes local and seasonal dishes: marrow bones with fleur de sel and its mesclun bush, carpaccio of purple artichokes and parmesan shavings, Dijon lentils and Morteau sausage, sweetbreads with cashew nuts and green chilli pepper, swordfish plancha, virgin sauce and local vegetables or alphabet and perugina risotto... The soft and harmonious decoration which extends over 300 m2 is signed Paul Sartre: stone walls with 18th century paintings, old floors and cement tiles, purple velvet seats, white tablecloths, indirect lighting... Authenticity and flavours are the key words of this chic bistro table where the products are fresh and worked with passion. An address to be discovered urgently!
