All the staff I encountered were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all I needed for just my one night. I didn’t use any of the other amenities, but the pool looked nice and leads right out to the beach; so it’s a nice location. The hotel is also very secure with the safety precautions they take, so I felt very safe here. A nice hotel for the price point.

Hotel très bien situé au bord de la mer avec piscine. Bon petit déjeuner avec jolie petite terrasse, parking pratique et fermé. Ideal pour un séjour reposant et en même temps pour visiter la région.

Um dem Management klar zu machen, dass es nicht in Ordnung geht, sich dem Problem zu entziehen indem es keine Kommunikation gibt, gehe ich diesen Weg.
Durch einen Buchungsfehler durften wir nicht in diesem Hotel übernachten obschon alles bezahlt wurde. Da uns die Dame an der Rezeption energisch darauf hingewiesen hat , das wir uns ans Management wenden sollten, haben wir das gemacht, ohne Erfolg, da nie eine Antwort kam. Wir wären ja auch nur mit einem Teil des Betrages zufrieden gewesen aber auch da keine Antwort. Deshalb geschätztes Management WENN sie das lesen melden sie sich doch bei mir. Gruss Christian

Geht doch! Nur habe ich diese vermeidlichr E-Mail nicht erhalten. Und gebucht haben wir am Abend vor der Anreise. Mir ist ein Fehler unterlaufen, dass heisst ja nicht das sie, durch diesen speziellen Umstand nicht ein wenig Menschlichkeit zeigen könnten. Aber das ist Ihnen total egal und beharren auf ihre Vorgaben. Leicht verdientes Geld halt. Schade das sie so Herzlos sind....

Dear Mr Lörtscher,
Thank you for contacing our hotel on 12/09 through Booking.com. When you arrived at the hotel on the 10/09 with a dog we have explained that our hotel do not accept animals and this information is clearly mentioned on booking.com home page of the hotel.
We are really sorry for this but unfortunately it is the responsability of each guest to verify when travelling with a dog that the hotel accept it prior to arrival. This information is on our Booking.com hotel page "House rules".
The receptionist Isabelle have sent a message already on 11/09 informing and showing the hotel rules on the website.
As the cancellation policy of the reservation is 3 days prior to arrival, you have requested a free cancellation on day of arrival which is outside the policy of the hotel.
Unfortunately the rules of the hotel are mentioned on our hotel page on Booking.com especially to avoid such issues.
We are always answering to our clients as this is very important to us within 48-72 hours.
We thank you for your understanding, but this is not under our control if a guest book a room and has a dog when the hotel do not accept animals and it is mentioned on the hotel web page "house rules"
