This renowned academy, led by Boris Tatsky, has developed a conservatory of energy yoga in the suburb of Lyon (House). The Roman centre, located near the Cours Mirabeau, offers throughout the week sessions of yoga, meditation and relaxation for adults or children. According to timetables, these are aimed at stability and better body structure, dynamism, meditation or simply relaxation. The yoga provided and practiced here is energy yoga or yoga yoga. The Academy of Yoga in Aix also works as a training centre for future yoga professionals: L, French School of Yoga in the Southeast. Boris Tatsky also offers internships and lectures in Paris, Lyon, Milan or Dusseldorf.
