This yoga centre founded by Heather and Sébastien Monassa is located in a house with garden in the heart of Aix, a 5-minute walk from the Rotunda. Here you can practise different yogas (ashtanga, iyengar, vishranta, hathayoga, yoga hormones) but also a yoga adapted to pregnant women and children's yoga. Internships are regularly organized in different disciplines. And the Kids'Workshop offers yoga, relaxation, storytelling, crafts and painting (from until on Wednesdays for children between the ages of 4 and 11). Possibility of private courses. Among the novelties and conferences around Ayurveda. Possibility of coaching.
