Cement tiles are all the rage in interior design magazines, whether for floors, bathroom walls or kitchen countertops. In Aix, France, Carocim has been handcrafting superb inlaid mosaic tiles since 1986. The tiles are mass-dyed, ensuring resistance to wear and a beautiful patina. The collections feature reproductions of old tiles as well as new, original graphic, colorful and pop motifs. Under the impetus of new owners Marta and Laurent Pignol, Le Quinze Quinze brings together a huge showroom dedicated to interior design, a bookshop, an art gallery, a framing workshop, a second-hand shop and a restaurant. A place of exchange and artistic life well worth a visit.
