From canteen, this address only has the name! Here the decoration is fine and the dishes have nothing. With its old stones, tiled tiles and contemporary furnishings, this wine cellar intelligently combines the charm of old and elegant modernity. On the map, lunch and evening, the choice is made between toast and laminated (11,50 €), cheese plates (9 € for a small or 18 € for one big), terrine (8 €), pasta, salads and Spécialités specialities. The hunter's plate, served on a slate, is a success: toasted figatelli, polenta, egg on the dish, bruccio or bush of sheep (17 €). It is accompanied by a Piétra, Corsican beer with chestnut or glass of wine. The tables outside offer a nice setting during summer evenings. The canteen also makes fine grocery stores: wines, cheeses, are therefore to be tasted on site or to take away.
