This is the new gastronomic sensation in Aix! At the helm, Paul and Clara, two young talented restaurateurs, offer a menu exclusively composed of "bites" or rather dim sum. These meat and vegetable-based stuffing plugs in a light dough and cooked in bamboo baskets will allow you to taste several mouth-watering dishes from the menu: edamame lime chicken, three-mushroom pork, lion's head. These little delights are accompanied by rice and marinated cabbage salad, and all that remains is to appreciate the freshness of the products. The interior is nicely thought out, modern, influenced by Asia but design. You should count on this address in the future. Remember to reserve, the places are expensive!
