For over forty years, Cay Tam has been an established name in Asian cuisine in Aix. Renowned for its steamed specialties, egg rolls, soups, Peking duck and sweet-and-sour shrimp, try the Japanese sukiyaki fondue (beef, tofu, vegetables). For barbecues, the waiter brings a mini-barbecue, a large plate of shrimp, cuttlefish and ultra-thin slices of beef marinated in a spicy sauce, salad, rice vermicelli, mint and rice leaves to soak in water, and everyone makes their own spring rolls! It's fun and delicious. The meat is very tender and cooked in seconds on the grill.
