Traditional Japanese cuisine in a restaurant in Aix en Provence
Traditional Japanese cuisine, that's what Hanzo offers you, a new restaurant in Aix-en-Provence which already has a good clientele in its other restaurant in Vitrolles (near Ikea). The Japanese chef cooks specialties from the land of the rising sun - gyosas, suku, soba, udons, ramen, okonomiyaki, etc. - and sushi, sashimi, maki of course, which make great take-away trays. We tested and approved the hot dishes which are the ambassadors of Japanese gastronomy. After the welcome ginger tea, the dishes arrive nicely served, at the right temperature, full of flavors and in generous proportions. The address is confidential, located in a district of offices and residences, behind the bus station under the arcades at the entrance of the Parking Méjanes, but it is really worth the detour if you are a fan of Asian cuisine. Be careful, it's not very big, 2 rooms for about twenty covers, if you are in a group, it's better to book. It is possible to privatize the lower room.
