A bar-resto to enjoy Japanese culinary specialties
Japanese chic and trendy in Les Milles! An off-center address, but with free parking, and truly complete: Japanese-style bar-restaurant and grocery store. The brainchild of Tran Van Ba, aka Uto. Originally from Yoji's Vietnamese roots, but having fallen under the spell of Japanese cuisine thanks to his brother-in-law, a native of the Land of the Rising Sun, Uto opened Yoji in Aix in 1988, pioneering a culinary craze in town that has since gone from strength to strength. Building on the success of his restaurant in Aix, he opened this second restaurant in the city's shopping district. Quite a challenge! But the chef can count on the area's 30,000 employees, with its businesses, offices and TGV station... The decor is trendy, designer and zen-like, so you can enjoy precise, tasty Japanese cuisine. The same sushi and other traditional Japanese dishes, from miso soup to tempura vegetables. Uto also offers Japanese cooking workshops (introduction to sushi and maki, home cooking, fish cutting). Yojisu is also a Japanese grocery store where you can find rice for your sushi, wasabi, seaweed, tamari, sake and even pretty Japanese tableware. Arigato!

Merci tout de même d'avoir changé ce plat pour un autre que j'ai trouvé tout aussi mauvais.
(Les sushis étaient bons!)
Habitués des sushis avec mon mari, celui-ci est exceptionnel !
