The Zen decor of the restaurants creates a friendly atmosphere. You can eat in, take away or have delivered (free of charge!) delicious and varied sushi, maki, tataki, sashimi, not forgetting miso soup and salads... A team of authentic Japanese sushi masters officiate in the kitchen, slicing and rolling with dexterity to prepare sushi according to the rules of the art, i.e. with great freshness, tenderness and flavor. Bonus: the loyalty card. There are five establishments on the outskirts of Aix. The one in Le Tholonet serves Aix Sud and Centre; the one in Bouc Bel Air serves Les Milles; and the one in Venelles serves the north of Aix. Recently, there is also one in La Duranne and Velaux. A well-honed organization!
