The only Iranian restaurant in the Aix region

If jasmine evokes Tunisia, or even China, this delicate, fragrant flower is also emblematic of Iran. Hence the name of this restaurant dedicated to Iranian cuisine, with its warm, oriental welcome. In fact, Jasmine is the only Iranian restaurant in the region. It will appeal to lovers of Oriental cuisine. The spices are subtle but not excessive. The rice, cooked in the traditional way, starting in boiling water with a few saffron filaments, then steamed, melts in the mouth and leaves plenty of room for the accompaniments and sauces. Among the house classics: salmon barbecue with saffron and lemon, veal fricassee with eggplant, not forgetting the tasty kebabs and leg of lamb wrapped in minced beef. A vegetarian menu is also available. For dessert, it's hard to resist the baghlava, whose Iranian version is lighter than others. Enjoy lukewarm with a cup of black coffee, Iranian of course, in whose grounds your future can be read... And there's always the duo discovery offer, with one dish of each offered free of charge. Reservations recommended by the end of the week.
