Here, transparency is clear: we try to avoid as far as possible anything that comes from animal exploitation. Organic and fair-trade products spearhead the address. We speak the language of short circuits and small local producers. The Jackfruit Burger, for example, is topped with paprika-smoked jackfruit shredded in toasted sesame oil. For dessert, the cashew cream tiramisu will leave you breathless! All in all, it's a healthy, colorful and environmentally-friendly cuisine. Bravo!
