During his passage, Smart enjoyed a creamy risotto with a reggiano trilogie accompanied by his dry trilogy, Saint James and Gambas. No wonder that this is the speciality of the chief. Nous avons manger médaillons lottes et tartare de saumon.
En assiette produits légumes frais de qualité.
Le tartare aura était préparer avec de l’aneth et baies rosé comme appris en école hôtelière pas très originale!
Quand aux médaillons de lottes avec une petit sauce safranée et tomber de fenouil les pommes de terre ???? n’était pas nécessaire,un plats léger et goûtu. Bémol l’attente avant que la commande soit prise!
(Pensez à servir les boissons cela fait patienter le client!)
