La Flamme d'Aix has taken the place of the former Le BAR BQ restaurant, and continues to give pride of place to quality meat. The manager, Julien, remains the same, and the team supporting him is a family affair, with Frédéric in the dining room and Romain in the kitchen sharing a common passion for good food and quality products. Here, everything revolves around the flame and the flamboyant atmosphere of the embers to give beef ribs, steaks and other cobblestones a succulent taste. It's sure to delight epicureans.
