Fabien and Baptiste have come up with the idea of preparing "grandmotherly" dishes, made by a grandmother (or grandmothers). Starting in the morning, the dishes are simmered in 3 large cast-iron casseroles and offered for takeaway until they run out. The menu is displayed by the month, and 3 different dishes are presented each day. So, when we dropped in, it was Montbéliard sausage with mashed potatoes, Bolognese pasta or Pistou soup. Attracted by the good smell, you'll be seduced by the warm welcome and the bright, open kitchen, a bit like being at home. It's a great initiative!
