I really hope we just had a bad day at the Rôtisserie Bellegarde!
The owner was very polite and fun.
But the chicken was just terrible. Not juicy, not tender, not flavorful, not even warm!
I was very sad because from the recent reviews I was really excited to have a great bird coming on the table.
We talked to him and he said we should call him next time in advance for him to prepare a better chicken (crispy skin etc.). That’s how it usually works.
But I think that is not fair to the customer at all who is sitting at your table not knowing this.
Again: Great guy, great side dishes (ratatouille and potatoes), nice restaurant, but a chicken that can’t hold up to this standard ????

Frango e atendimento maravilhosos. Gostámos muito: qualidade, higiene e simpatia são fatores que prezo bastante. Preço justo e local muito mignon, incluindo os donos.
