PANACA
Coffee-roaster offering a variety of coffees to discover with great passion, accompanied by Spanish pastries.
A newcomer to the coffee-roasting scene: Panaca like Panamérica, named after the road that crosses America, a symbol of the great discoverers, for Miguel is one of them! He roasts his own beans, which come from Mexico, Colombia and Panama, and offers us a range of coffees which he shares with great passion. We enjoyed tasting the Fabrica with its light red fruit flavour, or the Compadre decaffeinated for its subtle, light taste. A few Spanish pastries, such as alfajor or pan de bono, accompanied the coffee.
