Asian street food address offering delicious baos, with traditional and original recipes, in Aix-en-Provence.

A newcomer to streetfood: Carlo went to Taiwan to get the real recipe for the traditional "Bao": Bao is a bun steamed according to the original Taiwanese recipe; a good alternative to the burger, lighter and adorned with steamed vegetables, marinated meat or shrimps... there's something for everyone, whether you prefer meat, fish or even vegan. Gua Bao also offers Cantonese rice, and even sweets! There are two small tables, but the best thing is to stroll around town with your Bao!
