We fell in love with this snack bar on the corner of rue du Puits neuf and rue Pierre et Marie Curie: Pierre and his partner Lyubomira met in Dublin, where they were able to try out a cuisine with an international flavour. Their sandwiches are homemade and made on the spot, with seasonal variations. Pierre's bread, half flour and half semolina, is topped with a choice of chicken or pork. The meat is pre-cooked sous-vide and finished a la plancha for a seared yet moist taste. There's a choice of 2 sauces based on garlic or tomato, all accompanied by pickles, small vegetables marinated in vinegar. Fresh and delicious. For dessert, don't miss the vegan chocolate mousse!
