This little restaurant-salad bar under the arcades quickly became a hit with local customers who live or work in the area, including Ballet Preljocaj dancers, France Bleu Provence and the Cité du Livre. The small dishes, salads and desserts concocted on site with fresh produce are gourmet and tasty. Goat's cheese, mint and zucchini tart, veal osso buco, cuttlefish with parsley, seasonal soups, clafoutis, tiramisu, pear and almond cake - everything is made on the premises. You choose your dishes from the day's menu and sit down either inside or on the terrace, weather permitting. In the self-service formula, there's a choice of takeaway salads and pasta boxes, and you can compose your own fillings (vegetables, fish, salmon, minced poultry, charcuterie, cheese, homemade sauces... depending on the season), the proportions are generous and the flavours very present. Nothing to do with a fast-food restaurant where you leave with the smell of fried food all over you. Fans of healthy cooking will appreciate this aptly named chain! The all-female team - Stéphanie, Marie-Line and Alexandra - take great care of their customers, and that's what keeps us coming back. A final word on the after-meal coffee: no pods, but a 100% Arabica coffee bean that arrives in your cup, frothy with sweet and tangy aromas. For breakfast lovers, there's a breakfast option with freshly squeezed fruit juice and pastries.
