French-style burger with an excellent quality/price ratio to be enjoyed on the terrace

Two restaurants for this institution of the Aix burger. Well chosen and gourmet ingredients, varied recipes that delight a host of customers of all ages, who have come to appreciate a certain idea of the French burger. From the classic cheeseburger to the Savoy filled with Savoy tomatoes, the bridge between cultures is made (add to that a little Italy with the Genovese and everyone is at the table). There are three burgers for vegetarians and three also with fish. The map is provided. Everything is homemade, the prices are not excessive for a good quality. We're running! The address of the Place des Cardeurs has a superb sunny terrace.

Les frites et les burgers sont bons mais le bun est beaucoup trop épais c'est bourratif..

Unfortunately the salad on the Veggieburger was really not fresh and a bit brown as well as the coleslaw. For 13€ I expected something better...

Me and my girlfriend got quite late (22:10) in Aix en Provence so we decided to have something quick for dinner, like an hamburger indeed. The problem was that: first, the waitress told us that we could sit because the kitchen was still open, and then another one comes at the table rushing us to decide because they were closing. So we did not even have time to read the menu, we both had the same burger then. Service was pretty quick, but again the disappointment was high: warm beverages, the fried chicken in the burger had no taste at all (it was more breading than meat), and the burger overall was plain. The only good thing was the fries, although they didn't even told us we could choose a salad or coleslaw as side. In the end, we were not done yet that the waiters asked us to free the table and to pay. 17 euros per head, for a bad burger, awful service and a poor digestion due to the rush. Not recommended at all.
