Salad bar in an atypical place installed in the former Carmelite convent in Aix-en-Provence.
It is in a part of the former Carmes convent that Jean Laurent and Alicia have created their Atelier des Saisons. An atypical place for a quality salad bar concept. Multiple choices of bases, seasonal vegetables and fresh products, it's up to you to compose your salad by playing with the ingredients. You can eat upstairs or at the bar, and the view of the kitchens offered by the large wrought iron glass roof allows you to observe the couple in the midst of their creation. In addition to the salads, in the winter, there are good prepared dishes such as lasagne, quiches and soups. To test: the excellent croque monsieur with cheddar cheese, matured for 9 months. For the people of Aix, this is an adopted canteen.

Je m'y rends régulièrement et souvent, j'aime aussi l'accueil très chaleureux des gérants Jean Laurent et Alicia.
J'espère qu'un jour ils referont leur fameux hot dog ????
