Le Miollis was recently taken over: With Eric and Didier, it's still all about conviviality and fresh, classic cuisine with a touch of originality: a short, seasonal menu presented on the slate: salmon with bell pepper sauce and, why not, for dessert, pistachio crème brûlée. Inside, in a softly colored atmosphere, under the veranda with its wide windows or on the terrace under the large gray parasol, you'll spend a pleasant moment away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a stone's throw from Place des Prêcheurs. Definitely worth a visit!
