Home-made cooking with fresh products in a restaurant located in the center of Aix.
On the menu, small dishes such as guinea fowl supreme, mushroom and parmesan risotto or saddle of lamb stuffed with chard and pine nuts, cheeses from Maison Savelli and a smooth, crunchy lemon meringue tart to finish. Everything is homemade with fresh produce, field-grown vegetables and foie gras from a small producer in the Gers. The wines to accompany the dishes are carefully selected by Joris, and it's his partner Paola, with her charming Italian accent, who welcomes you with a smile.
